At WonderNook Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.

Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

In their original condition with all tags attached

Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Store Credit

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used toward any future purchase at WonderNook Boutique.

Store credit never expires.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items

Seasonal or holiday collections

Accessories (including hats, bows, jewelry, etc.)

Personalized or custom items

Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WonderNook Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Once your return is approved and received, your store credit will be issued via email.

Order Cancellations

Because we work quickly to process orders, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
